100% Grenache Noir
Grapes were handpicked early in the morning, destemmed, lightly crushed and cold-soaked for 24 hours. Some whole bunches were included in the tank, giving elevated fruit and fine tannin. After being fremented on the skins in open fermenters with frequent punch-downs malolactic fermentation was completed in French oak barrels. Wine was then aged for an additional 12months in 225L French Oak Barrels. Vibrant black fruit, perfumed floral notes and spicy, white pepper aromas. Flavors of Blueberry and smooth medium tannin on the finish. 14% ABV
