Domaine de L'Espigouette Rose 2022

Domaine de l'Espigouette, situated in the Rhone Valley of France, is a vineyard that has been family run for four generations. Currently overseen by Bernard Latour, his wife, and their two sons Julian and Emilien, the estate meticulously tends to the vineyard, taking into account the ever changing climate and the diverse terroirs. This blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault is beautifully balanced with notes of minerality, salinity, strawberry, and raspberry. This pairs nicely with a mixed green salad with strawberries and goat cheese.
