Domaine d'Elise Petit Chablis 2022

Petit Chablis refers to the larger area around the Chablis appellation. And, it's where one can find exceptional bargains. The D'Elise 13 hectare vineyard is situated directly above premier cru vineyards (Cote de Lechet), on a high ridge composed of distinctly mineral-rich soil.  On the nose we get aromas of wet stones, alongside apple and citrus fruit. A chalky minerality dominates on the palate with golden delicious apple, quince and persistent acidity for an electric finish.
