A magnificent golden hue with a steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose opens on notes of white flowers and hints of fresh citrus which grow in complexity as the wine breathes revealing aromas of grilled almonds and finishing with a minerality that lends richness and balance.

The attack is pure and full of finesse, dominated by aromas of pear and white peach that lead on to apricots and finally to more toasty notes.
