Chateau de la Grave Caractère Cotes de Bourg 2016

When a wine has some "caractere" you know they are serious about their wine.  And they really are!  Organic, Mostly Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon...this little Bordeaux...actually Cotes de Bourg is North West of Bordeaux but we'll just say Bordeaux.  This wine tells a story...the story of five generations doing one thing and one thing really well...making wine.  This is a young drinker meaning you can lay it down but for only a few year.  She's prime right now.  This is from one of my newer importers who is from France and everything he's tasted me on has been a case or more at a time.
