Merlot 70%, Cabernet Franc 30%

The nose is fruity and has notes of juicy blackberry, small ripe / juicy berries and cassis combined with fine touches of lily / flowers, very ripe red berries as well as very discreet hints of liquorice and Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a light minerality, tension, an acid frame as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, crushed black berries with small touches of raspberry, ripe / juicy redcurrants, hints of flowers as well as discreet hints of tobacco, and chocolate.  Tannins are very slightly dry.  13% ABV
