100% Chenin Blanc

The Papin family has been making wine at this estate since 1959.  The estate is located in  Savennières, Loire Valley, France.  Organic, hand harvested, and off of a minimum of 25 year old vines.  The "Cremant de Loire" Chateau Pierre Bise presents itself to the glet in a fine and persistent perlage on a straw background. It releases floral aromas, white fruit and herbs. In the mouth it has the typicality of the Chenin blanc, sharp but balanced. It rests on a fresh acidity throughout the long finale.  13% ABV
