100% Sauvignon Blanc. 

The minimum vine age for this Sauvignon Blanc is over 20 years.  The wine is produced traditionally in Stainless steel tanks, then aged for a minimum of 6 months in steel before bottling.  Brilliant, yet subtle blond in color.  Aromas of Citrus, stone fruit and white flowers.  On the palate, much like Sancerre, you'll find nots of lime, lime peel, Meyer lemon, pink grapefruit, quince, gooseberry, green apple, pear, poached pear, yellow plum (mirabelle plum), honeydew melon, white peach, lemon curd, and delicate minerality.  13.5% ABV
