DOMAINE LES CAPREOLES L’AMOURGANDISE BEAUJOLAIS 2022

The 'l'Amourgandise' is 100% Gamay from vineyards in Lantignié done in full carbo style.  The name is a play on the french word "gourmandise" (gourmet or gluttony). This wine displays all the "gourmandise" that Gamay can give.  But it is a deliciously rich wine full of blackberries and punchy, poppy red fruit, with soft, plush tannins and a firm structure. With all that juicy fruit and bright acid, serve slightly chilled on the porch, with appetizers, or due to its full body serve with dinner.  Biodynamic.
