Domaine Santa Duc Gigondas 'Aux Lieux Dits' 2021 is a refined and fruit-driven wine crafted from a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault.   100% whole cluster fermentation, and aged for 18 months in large oak foudres and terracotta amphorae.  Vibrant raspberry, forest strawberry, and dried herb aromas, with stemmy undertones and ripe tannins.  This wine is approachable in its youth, but it has great aging potential, evolving into spicier notes over time. The 2021 Gigondas 'Aux Lieux Dits' is a perfect expression of the terroir, with its balance of fruit, herbal complexity, and fine structure.  13.5% ABV
