Notre Dame des Pallières Sablet Blanc "Montmartre" 2023

50% Roussanne, 25% Viognier, 15% Grenache Blanc, 10% Marsanne

The Domaine’s vines of Sablet  are located on the slopes overlooking the village for Grenache and are a minimum of 40 years old.  The Sablet appellation is located in the east of the Côtes du Rhône valley, about 12 miles east of Orange.  The region is named after the medieval village of Sablet, which is known for its sandy soils.  The sand gives the wines a concentrated but silky quality, as well as a freshness.

Vivid pale yellow. Stone fruits and floral aromas. Rich on palate, with plenty of mineral showing through.  13.5% ABV
