The "Col Fondo" Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Sui Lieviti Brut Nature is produced entirely from 100% Glera grapes, characterized by large and long bunches and golden-yellow berries. After the thermo-controlled fermentation and the refinement in steel tanks, for the second fermentation we proceed with the refermentation in the bottle, but without disgorgement. That's why the name "Col Fondo", for the presence and conservation of yeasts on the bottom of the bottle. The production based on quality and attention to every detail give life to a fresh, dry, lively and drinkable wine.
Fermentation aromas of yeast, tamarind and biscotti, melded with salted lemon rind, tonic and rosemary. The finish is pithy and nicely phenolic, finishing with an emphatic bite. Long and clean. Best of all, thoroughly intriguing. Savory, refined and persistent. Loads of character. 11% ABV
