Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes grown in a predominantly sandy soil are hand harvested at dawn to maintain characteristic varietal notes and freshness.  Vivid yellow straw color with soft, green hints. This silky and well-balanced wine has notes of citrus and tropical fruits with Mediterranean herbs including sage, and a fresh minerality.  13% ABV
