Founded in 1821, Barbadillo is without question Sanlucar de Barrameda’s most iconic producer of Sherry. The oxidative aging of Amontillado takes place in Mil Pesetas, an old cellar dating back to the 1700s. The Criaderas and Solera system is used and the wine undergoes biological and oxidative aging in American oak. ark amber in color this Amontillado is ‘En Rama’ (unfiltered). With an elegant hazelnut caramel aroma; dry smooth, long and nutty on the palate.
