100% Albariño
Traditional dry farmed viticulture. Practicing organic pergola trained vines, cultivated completely by hand. Acidic sandy alluvial soils that are the result of the decomposition of the granite mother rock. Sur lie aging in the fermentation vessel for 4.5 months with bi-weekly battonage in both barrel and tank. Honeyed lime, minty herbs, and crushed stone notes all emerge from the 2023 La Caña, a 100% Albarino that's medium-bodied, has bright, juicy acidity, and a clean finish. The wine opens with fresh and aromatic notes of green apple, citrus, and white peach, complemented by hints of jasmine and a touch of salinity. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, featuring flavors of lemon, pear, and apricot, balanced by a vibrant acidity and a minerally undertone. The finish is clean and long, with lingering citrus and floral notes, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. 13% ABV
