Quinta Sardonia QS2 2013/14

69% Tempranillo (Tinto fino), 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 1% Malbec. (Certified Organic/Demeter Certified Biodynamic) 

Inky purple. Assertive dark fruit and floral aromas show very good clarity and complicating hints of black pepper and woodsmoke. Densely packed blackcurrant and boysenberry flavors spread out on the palate, with juicy acidity providing lift. Bitter chocolate and violet flavors emerge on the finish, which is framed by smooth tannins.  15% ABV
