Chardonnay (80%), Pinot Noir (20%)

This cuvée presents a shimmering pale gold color, illuminated by silvery highlights and a fine, elegant effervescence.  The nose reveals notes of fresh citrus, apricot, and white flowers, followed by delicate aromas of brioche and roasted hazelnut.  On the palate, this champagne seduces with its vibrant tension and balance. The flavors of ripe fruits intertwine with hints of honey and a slightly iodized, persistent, and refreshing finish.  12.5% ABV
