Txomin Etxaniz Txakoli White 2023

Greenish-yellow, bright and fine natural bubbles. Citrus, fresh apple and mineral notes on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, carbonic with light acidity.  Very tangy and mineral with green apples, nectarines, white pepper and lots of crushed stones on the nose, followed by a fruity and off-dry palate with a laser beam of acidity. Succulent and mouthwatering.  11.5% ABV
