2400 years ago, or so, as the Hebrew people fled Egypt, it is told that they gathered food from heaven called “Manna”, which tasted of coriander to honey. Intrigued, Hidden Legend added coriander to honey, (Vanilla was our idea) and made a Mead. The results? A heavenly Mead, of course. 12.5% ABV
