Great historic white wine from Piedmont whose grapes come from the area recognized for excellent Cortese production since 1856.  Pale straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, very fruit driven with lots of lemon and green apple, background hints of acacia honey. Round and balanced on the palate, subtle fruit expression, a slightly creamy texture, harmonious acidity and an animating, mouth-watering finish.  12.5% ABV
