A lightly sparkling wine derived of 100% Malvasia, made according to ancestral method and with a salty and mineral profile, one that perfectly reminds the surprisingly nearby Adriatic Sea. The first and only (for the moment) wine made by Marco Pecorari, a young artisan from Friuli, who works with old-school methods. This wine ferments spontaneously in bottle without being disgorged. 12.5% ABV
