Barbacan Liom Rosso Amphora 2022

Barbacàn's Liom is a red natural wine from the Alpi Retiche IGT in Lombardy, Italy. This wine is crafted from indigenous grape varieties, including Ròssola, Ròssolino, and Ròssolino Rosa, which the producers have recovered and revitalized.  In the glass, Liom presents a ruby-red hue. The nose offers aromas of red fruits, delicate pepper spice, and a minty freshness underpinned by a fresh yet dusty granite-like minerality. On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with a complex and instantly pleasurable profile.  13.5% ABV
