Angel Rodriguez Martinsancho Verdejo 2021

Ángel Rodríguez Vidal belonged to a family of winegrowers and winemakers from La Seca with a winemaking tradition that dates back to 1780.  Martínsancho is Ángel Rodríguez’ mid 19th-century vineyard in the Rueda.  This white gold colored Verdejo opens with a lime and white peach bouquet with hints of yellow grapefruit and quince. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a lime and stony minerality blend with notes of white peach and quince. We also detected some hints of saline and ginger.  The finish is dry and refreshing.  13% ABV
